Classic Rock Bottom

This coming weekend I'll be posting the last of the 70's stuff, at least for the time being.

So let's make this fun, shall we? Below are 4 choices, pick what you want me to do next! Interactive, baby!

1. Stuff from the 80's

2. Zebra, all four studio albums on four consecutive weeks

3. Damn! They are/were still around?

4. What do I care? I don't listen to the albums posted anyway.

There you go. Make me work...if you dare!

3. Damn! They are/were still around?

I'm going with option 3, followed by option 1 after that.

Follow-up question, in option 3, are we looking at 4 bands who have recently released albums?

It's going to be bands/artists that released an album well after anybody cared. There will be a specific amount of time between albums (maybe 7 years, maybe even longer). Think Boston and how nobody really cared after awhile, not saying that Boston will be one of the bands. And this will be more than 4 weeks.

Scott knows of one band that we talked about, an album I really liked and he didn't.

I'll stay with option 3.

I don't know, depends on what you mean by "Damn! They are/were still around?" Does this mean, a band that sucked or wasn't very good & it's a total surprise that they're still producing records or a band that survived hardships, or line-up changes & kept going? There could be potential risk for unpleasantness here. Stuff from the 80's, could pose some very interesting possibilities, not all of them good. The only real safe choice here is Zebra, although I would like to take a risk on one of the other options. Hmmm............. 1. Stuff from the 80's

Well, sure. The band could suck! And if we're risking unpleasantness, why would I shy away?

I'll say "stuff from the 80's"...

...it was/is still the second greatest rock n roll decade of all time, IMO....with the 70's still being the king of rock n roll music decade...

I like option three and one. I traded the debut Zebra CD long ago (when I was in High School). But it is one I want back.

Sorry, Jon, but I fear, I have to pick no.4.

So little time, so much music, NO chance what so ever to listen at work and a LOT of other things to do, means that these days, the only music I listen to around here, are NMC and occasionally "Smash or Trash".

If I should choose one of the others, it would be no.1.
