SMASH--Just listen to Gene Hoglan, that guy is a MONSTER drummer. You have to get used to Chuck Billy's singing, and I don't have an issue with it. This is good stuff, already have this puppy ordered.

I liked Testament in the past. I'm not sure if I really care anymore? I like the guitar work and the musicianship.

It would be fun to listen to this one sitting down on a portable CD player. But I'm not really sure how much I would listen to this. It is not one I would play out loud, and let anyone else hear.

There is also a new Manowar that I am not sure about?

I'm so/so on this one. I might add it to my buy list, but at a lower priority.

I thought about this, and this song is pretty hateful against America.

I understand Chuck Billy has had bouts with Throat Cancer, and we all have our own problems in life and things we need to deal with. I also understand that sometimes music is a simple reflection of society. Maybe Chuck Billy doesn't really hate America, and is simply writing a song to reflect what he thinks is the current state of the economy, whatever. In the past I would've purchased this CD, so I could have every CD from a band. I no longer feel I need to do that. If there is a way to listen to this full album online thanks to all the current technology (spotify) I might do that. But I don't feel like I want to purchase something and give someone profit to be hateful towards the U.S.A. Things are not perfect for me either, but I am not making someone (band or record label) rich for this type of song.

Trash!!! The guitar started out well & then the vocals started! That totally ruined any chance of me salvaging anything from thre song. Yet, there are people out there that really enjoy this. Go figure.....

Stash. I like some Testament and this one is a mixed bag for me. Chuck Billy is a decent thrash singer but the vocals are a distraction on this one, the music itself is awesome.
