Classic Rock Bottom

as reported by another site...

Another badly kept secret now seems a formality - "While Fox officially says "no comment," a very-inside music source confirms the flamboyant Aerosmith singer finalized negotiations late last week and is officially signed on to be a judge on the 10th season of "American Idol." Oh dear! What do you think folks? Great for rock n roll or a potential circus?

Well, why not. I have'nt got a problem with it. Has'nt Gene Simmons been a judge on a similar show, as a guest? These guy's are not getting any younger, and they still want the publicity, and it will be more entertaining with Tyler on the show.
And yes, we can also see the show in Denmark.
I sort of agree with Niels....more power to him. But it definitely has the potential to be a circus. Honestly, Brett Michaels probably would have been a better choice.
Great for Rock n Roll....associated with....American Idol. W T F ?

There is absolutely nothing good that can come from
1. any so-called reality show
2. American Idol

I for one do not watch any TV, but yes I am familiar with the Idol series. My opinion...Who cares? Its publicity. You think Tyler is doing this for the better of Rock n Roll? NO! He hasn't done anything for rock n roll since Permanent Vacation. What are the chances that he will either have a solo album come out just prior to or during the Idol airings.
Its all money, and guys like Tyler sold out long ago.

I guess though, if he gets back on the prescripts it will make for great entertainment....for those that are easily entertained.
Don't watch it now, won't watch it then.
Ditto to this!
