Classic Rock Bottom

WHAT CLASSIC ROCK (OR JUST PLAIN ROCK) ARE YOU LISTENING TO?

So what are you listening to right now?  Any genre is cool.

For me:

Scott's Hidden Treasure

Depeche Mode - Wrong (courtesy of Niels)

Kim Mitchell - Akimbo Alogo (courtesy of Jon)

Next week's Album of the Week (hint: think orchestra)

Shinedown - The Sound of Madness

Hey, at least I have one comrade when it comes to Andy Taylor.
That is a very good listen! Great vocal work by a guy known for his guitar playing.

HEY? WHAT ABOUT ME?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Jeez, I see a trend here.

Love that someone else here listens to my favorite band...SAVATAGE!
Hey, what about me????????????????????????

I didn't know you like SAVATAGE.

So you by rule of natural law must be an A-OK guy.

One of my favorite bands as well.

Question for TageRyche and Scandal 2000 and Jon...which Savatage line up do you enjoy the most? With the Olivia brothers, or with Zach and Chris? I can't decide...I think they are both excellent!!

And what are a couple of your most favorite Savatage releases? For me, I would have to say "Hall Of The Mountain King" is still my favorite, but followed closely by "Edge Of Thorns", and then "Handful Of Rain". I also think both the live discs, "Japan Live" and "Ghost In The Ruins" are both fantastic! Criss Oliva (rest in peace) and Chris Caffery both play outstanding guitar.

I don't have a preference for lineup.

I love Gutter Ballet, Streets: A Rock Opera, Dead Winter Dead and The Wake of Magellan the most.

Wow, sorry Gordon, didn't know I missed this.

I'm with TageRyche on this, no preference on a lineup. But my favorite albums are "Poets & Madmen" and "Dead Winter Dead".

Journey - "Don't Stop Believin'"
