Classic Rock Bottom

What is Jimmy Page planning to do in the future?

It's too quiet, if you ask me. I don't know, if he's working on a new album, but I don't think so, and why not? He's over 60 (65?) and how long has it been since he has been on a Jimmy Page-kind of record??

Why does'nt he make a "Slash"-record with different well-known singers?

Why don't he collaborate with Roger Daltrey, who want's to do a record with JP?

I know he is "Mister Led Zeppelin", and has proved everything in the past, but Robert Plant has got a new album out in a few weeks with "Band of Joy", and the last record he made with Allison Krauss was exellent. And John Paul Jones has "Them Crooked Vultures" and is playing and making records with some of the greatest rock-stars around. A supergroup with Jimmy Page and ? would be GREAT!!!

I would also like to see a "Led Zeppelin DVD no.2"

But NO Led Zeppelin-reunion without Bonzo!!!!!!!

What's your opinion?

I read somewhere, probably Classic Rock Mag., that Jimmy has a lot of ideas and material. I do think he'll eventually get something out. He might want to hurry that along. The Roger Daltry idea sounds interesting, that is if Daltry's voice can hold up in the studio. I agree with you about a reunion possibility, at this point, as long as they've gone without one, it really should just stay that way.
I know I'm probably a bit crazy, but I would like to see him do another album with David Coverdale.

I liked the first disc.
