No, RJ was on the Kiss button right away- bless the little Saint or Sinner, lol!
Thanks for the Saintly forgiveness, it was only a quick mention.
St. Michael
Scott,
I will make mention of the New Orleans Saints, but just briefly, and it plays into the date.
Sorry, lol!
Actually that wasn't a Blood Sweat and Tears song- it was Al Kooper from a solo album.
He did form the band though, but quit after the first album as he didn't like the direction the band was going in.
But the result was two entirely different yet equally outstanding first two albums- the one with him, called Child Is Father To The Man (which I slightly prefer), and the one without him, with David Clayton Thomas taking over.
Saints are a challenging topic for a Rock show, but I go for those challenges, lol!
Give me a Theme, I'll give you a Show or a Series.
Oh RJ mentioned Saints & Sinners, it's here, lol!
Thanks for listening and writing, hope you enjoy what is yet to come on the Saints,
Mike
OK, I'm open to the topic as long it has nothing to do with the New Orleans Saints. Us Panther fans cant like 'em!
Wow, Blood Sweat and Tears. My sister was into them big!
Didnt know much on the show but the first two artists until you mentioned who was singing. Interesting topic!
Im shocked RJ wasnt curious about Saint and Sinner by KISS... He must be slipping.
Hey that Chevelle song isn't bad!
Thanks,
Mike
RJ,
I see it, haven't had a chance to play it yet.
Kiss' song Saint And Sinner. And the band Armored Saint.
Good thinking on your part too, with that Kiss one- I think you gave it to me.
I don't know about Armored Saint, the name alone sounds like I can already hear metal clanging, lol!
It's ok though, I already have more songs than I can fit in another hour next week.
Thanks for your brain,
Mike
Jon,
"St George and the Dragon" by Toto, completely forgot about that one earlier.
I did too.
If I have it, it would be on a vinyl album.
Good thinking,
Mike
Antisaint by Chevelle, man how did you hear that, lol?
It's just Anti-Halloween in the mildest way, the main thing is it gives me the fun to dig around my music library and find Saint songs.
And opening up next time, I'll tell about why no All Saints Day, no Halloween!
There are no birthdays today
