Classic Rock Bottom

1967 is my favorite year because I was just the right impressionable age, and I had not a care in the parents did, lol!

And this was the year I finally got an FM Radio...a Clock Radio of all things!
I had been listening to FM Free-Form Radio for about a year at other people's houses or wherever else I could.
Now I had that FM Clock Radio, and I would bring it to my friends' houses so they could listen too.
You must try to understand, in 1967 most people did NOT have FM.
I remember in 1968, WNEW-FM was giving away FM Radios in Contests!
And FM was pretty much non-existent in cars!
Now just where did this whole Summer Of Love phenomenon begin back in 1967?
Most people would point to the city I will celebrate in song.
After that, just some Good Music!
And you like Good Music, don't you, lol?

Hahahahaha...what a ballbreaker!
Ok we have a record for this one!
"She gets killed in the second reel. Yeah!"
Come on, that’s funny, lol!
And with a woman like that wouldn’t you?
Thanks for the listen and writing,

I always fix things that ain’t’s what I do, lol!
And I have Soul!
I saw "Hair" some years after it opened.
It was notable for its nudity, but just a Musical, nothing all that special to me.
I knew some of the songs from records and preferred them.
Will I touch on Hair?
I doubt it, because its Broadway run started in 1968!
Thanks for the listen and writing,

Don't know if I should comment since you might miss it. Again.

So, I'm just typing this so something is on record that I did comment.

"She gets killed in the second reel. Yeah!"

Say what?

You traded a fashion examination of the era for what? A crossroad sign. Why fix something if it ain't broken?

Soul in the line-up, gave soul to the show. Good call on that.

We are five parts into 67's and you haven't mentioned or played anything from the best Rock Musical ever, "Hair". If my memory serves me well, (I was only a year old then, so it might be hazy) but wasn't the premier of that musical somewhere in your backyard and in the year you are dancing on, right now? Or did I miss that part?
