ROCKOLLECTIONS: BOND...JAMES BOND PT.2 END

It's time I mentioned Ian Fleming, the author of the novels and stories the Bond Industry has been built on.
I read many of them, and Sean Connery was always the man I visualized as James Bond.
And I always will.
Although I do like the new guy, Daniel Craig, and started watching again.
The others...yecch!
And as time went on, the choices for the Music too in the James Bond Movies seemed to grow more odd and erratic.
This is a generalization, but it always seemed to me that the Films were geared to Males, but the Songs in them were most often sung by Females.
What's that mean?
I don't know, lol!
Here's another question- how do you write a song with lyrics that rhyme with Octopussy?
You can't, so you just skirt around it.
We'll be getting into my Dark Ages here- the period of about 10 years, 1985-1995, where I kind of got fed up with the Music I was being fed.
In fact, I preferred drinking to being fed, lol!
But that's all behind me now.
Let's make the best of it, and enjoy!

Joe Don Baker...hahahahahahaha!

Walking Tall with a big hockey stick, lol!

Jon, they had some badass players back then.

I'm thinking maybe Reg Fleming who was still with the Rangers then, better pick is John Ferguson who was probably the toughest guy in the league with the Canadiens.

A longshot would be Bryan Bugsy Watson...yeah, maybe him.

I believe that was Joe Don Baker.  It's what got him the Walking Tall role.

Who had the most penalty minutes in 1967?

All kidding aside Jon, you have a very extensive knowledge of the Bond movies.

I am really impressed.

It's something we all need, a distraction from the harsh realities of life- for me, you can ask me anything about the last 50 years of Hockey.

Plus the Music is back in my life.

I am never so relaxed as when I am doing a show- all the cares of the world fade away!

I get it!

Oh hey, I do know Joe Don Baker.

I know YOU would like to be in a Bond film, lol!

I like Maude Adams...always did.

Super slo-mo...a whole movie...sounds like something you'd do, lol!

A BOND FREAK!

Charles and JDB were that ones that rally got me when I saw them a the different characters. Guess some folks like being in Bond films? I've also heard that Maude Adams is in a scene in "A View To A Kill", but I've never seen her in that movie. Maybe I'll watch it in super slow-mo to see if that's true.

Damn, you are a Bond authority!

Who knew when I did that show?

Never heard of those people.

By the way, I have to pass this on...call M immediately, lol!
