Classic Rock Bottom

Well this is it, at long last the Finale- until I get the itch to do Rain again someday.
By the way, it was pouring outside the morning I did this Chapter.
I knew weeks ago what song I would end this Series with, so it was just a matter of setting a mood for me and you until I got there.
I know I undoubtedly left somebody's favorite Rain song out.
But hey, I sure played an awful lot of them.
A big thank you to everyone who joined me for all or some of this Wet, Soggy, Long Odd Trip!

That's all you're going to say about that?
That's IT?
Ok then, you have good taste, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing,

Given the chance, I would have guessed that, lol!
Took me years to become a Carpenters fan, same with the Monkees- I was a Rock snob.
Seems stupid now.
I always liked Bread, even the food!
I can remember in the early days of WNEW-FM, the hippest station ever, the Bee Gees were considered Progressive Rock, and even their album cuts were played.
Yeah that Jon is an uppity guy, it's the way he rolls, lol!
Wow, GPell to Paul McCartney, a surprise choice!
Thanks for the listen and writing,

Wonder if I liked this show the best before? If not, I do now.

That's all I'm going to say about that.

Hey Mike, guess what's happening in Charlotte right now?  Rain!  Lovely...

Really liked that McCartney tune! And you're no dope Mike!  I don't care what Jon says...

You know that Carpenters tune is pretty good still.  Her voice is flawless, but is it cool to like them?  That's the question....  Admit being a Carpenters fan in public?  Not sure that's wise for a rock fan.  My wife loves them and the band Bread.  Talk about a double dose of wimpy!  But since I'm comfortable in my manhood, I will admit to liking both of those bands...

Love that Bee Gees tune as well, another band my manhood can withstand public acknowledgment ...  I am the Man!!!  And so are you...  GPell goes to Karen..  wait Paul McCartney, its the manly choice in this case...
