Classic Rock Bottom

The Doctor is back for this week's Therapy session- as yours, if you have one, is probably away on vacation for the month of August.
Making you feel very nervous and anxious.
I got you covered with a 56 to 58 minute session!
And you may not find this at all surprising- the # 1 reason for beginning Therapy is STRESS!
So a musical look at that.
Plus, despite all my training and all the Degrees I have been awarded, there are times I can't do it all by myself.
I have to consult with another covering psychiatrist.
And as we all have discovered by now, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Therapists are among the CRAZIEST people you will ever meet, lol!
So please...please...take some deep breaths, try to relax and enjoy some good and interesting music.

I actually have a list of the songs for a change, don't have to use my memory.

I'd say James Taylor's Traffic Jam was a good one!

No I didn't know, that a friend would say I left a bad taste in their mouth...HUH, LOL?
Hell even a hooker has never said that!
I admit the "booga booga" stuff sounded dated, even more so now 4 years later, but a woman wrote to me thanking me for playing it.
She was so happy to hear it for the first time in years.
It fit, didn't bother me, so I played it- and once again I restate you please some, not others.
Can't win 'em all...see!
Nah, you don't need a shrink, you're just like me, you march to your own drummer.
The only thing that will stop me doing shows is if I lose the desire, or feel I have nothing to play and say that's fun for me.
Ok, you're right, it's STILL not funny for you, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing,

Three down, one to go.  This one started off with a bang!  Two great pressure songs.  The rest of the half had a tough time keeping up with that opening.

Well, you knew it would happen.

THis started off really well and then it went downhill, at least to me. I just didn't find the humor. Maybe I'm having a humorless day. What really pushed me to the edge was that "booga booga" stuff. Just left a bad taste in my mouth for some reason. Not funny. Maybe back then it was.

Maybe there's something wrong with me, REALLY wrong now. Maybe I need to see one of those people.

Ah well. Can't win 'em all.

Hopefully this doesn't cause you to stop doing shows. If it does, I will never forgive myself.

Booga booga.

See? STILL not funny.
