ROCKOLLECTIONS: REPTILES FINALE

Here it is, the Closing Chapter for Talking To The Animals, and a flip flop- this time I’ll begin with Assorted Animals.

Then to close, the beautiful old building that is the oldest in the Bronx Zoo, The Reptile House.
It was built by Italian Immigrants from the surrounding Belmont neighborhood in 1899, over a Century old!
Snakes are Reptiles, so are Crocodiles and Alligators.
And it is with Reptiles that I will end this Series.
I have known for years that if I ever did an Animal Series, I’d have the perfect Song to end with.
I still feel that way, and I’ll use it!

Now that I think about it, I am certain Rolf Harris did do Stairway To Heaven.
But using the Tie Me Kangaroo music!
I’d go with it would be easier to list the animals that don't have a song written about them!
Ah, don’t feel bad about Yes, there were plenty of songs I didn’t play.
It had to end sometime, and 4 weeks was enough, lol!
I had fun with it, and am proud of many of those sets.

I'm sure I have a Rolf Harris song. Maybe on a strange tribute CD for Stairway To Heaven, performed by 10-12 different artists and all in different styles. Rolf Harris is one of them.

Lots of songs about the animals. I wonder if it would be easier to list the animals that don't have a song written about them, than the other way around.

Pretty bummed you didn't play YES - Don't Kill The Whale.
