ROCKOLLECTIONS: THE DAY THE MUSIC DIED PT.3

Some Planes crash, some Planes don’t.
In light of our subject, I’ll open this chapter up with a song for a Hero Pilot.
It’s about expecting more from yourself, and being better than the rest.
Remember, this was done in 2009.
I’ll give a tip of the hat to the end of last week’s show, the one with my favorite Buddy Holly song, by playing what was a rare version of it by a Wing, a Beatle and a Wife.
Frankly it's hard to find an Artist or Group that has NOT done a Buddy Holly song at some point!

Jon,
Too bad nothing stood out, must be unfamilarity.
But to say it seemed like one long song is crazy.
Jimmy Buffett, Denny Laine, Rolling Stones, Derek & Dominoes AND Buddy Holly?
How much do they sound alike, lol?
Burnt toast eh?
You should definitely get ALL that checked, LOL!
Thanks for the listen and writing Toaster,
Mike

I must admit, I kinda got lost with this episode. Nothing really stood out to me, it just seemed like one long song. Maybe I have an issue, I do smell burnt toast even though there's no bread or a toaster in the house.

I should probably get that checked.
