I actually thought of you when I chose Cheap Trick.

Frankly, I thought Jose Feliciano with A Day In The Life was the most ballsy- the Beatles played their own instruments joined by a 64-piece orchestra, and he did the song all by himself with an acoustic guitar.

Closing it out very nicely. I thought that Within You Without You song was gonna take the Pell, but not so fast.

I liked the John Denver tune, believe it or not, and you can never, ever go wrong with Cheap Trick. I was wondering if you were gonna play something from that album. I bought it, but I have never listened to it. Just haven't gotten around to it.

The cover of A Day In The Life was really well done. I liked it alot. But I'm giving the Golden Pell to Good Morning Good Morning by the Lolas. That's a very good little cover.

And how 'bout closing the show with Johnny Rivers? Brilliant my friend. I know you've played that somewhere before, and I remember commenting on the Sgt. Peppers lyric to you. I just can't remember where or when.
And more from the movie!
And more from the movie! And Cheap Trick! And more. All in all this was a great listen (except Gomez of course). I never heard this album on vinyl, thought the Beatles sucked when I was young. Now however, I really like their stuff from "Revolver" until the end as well as a few from "Rubber Soul". Before that though, I just can't deal with it.

I've actually seen that movie twice........
