RJ,

I have that Hinder right in front of me, as well as more Angel Eyes by Firehouse and Angel In My Eyes by John Michael Montgomery.

Figure I have at best ONE more Angel show- so, many songs will be left out.

And I think I will break from the Angels for a few weeks for something very different.

Swayze was always a likeable guy, didn't mind his movies at all.

That Jeff Healey song was one of those you thought of early on, and I knew I would get to it.

As far as I can tell the Springsteen song is a probable bootleg from a tribute to Frank Sinatra, of all people, lol!

Don't remember how I got it or anything more.

I'll take Alan Price over Wet Wet Wet, but theirs wasn't a bad song.

And like Jon, you thought I was playing Sha Na Na too, lol?

That's a great one, has all the components of the fun back then.

I had a feeling most people didn't know John Hiatt wrote the Healey song, so it is Healey covering HIM!

I didn't like it that much when I first heard it, but Hiatt's version has really grown on me to point of him being tied with Healey now.

Ah the Pell-Meister- where would the world be without him, LOL?

And Springsteen gets the Golden Pell!

That was a small box with all the songs except one having the same title, never did that before.

So I am just happy you were able to even pick a Golden Pell winner, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing my bro,

Body parts, huh? Well, Hinder had a song called Lips Of An Angel a few years back, it was huge. And I actually liked it.

Roadhouse was a good movie. One of only a couple with Swayze in them that I enjoyed (I'm thinking Point Break as well). Always liked the Jeff Healey song. Still do. I haven't heard it in a long time, so thanks for playing it.

That Springsteen song was great. Obviously, it was live. Any more info on that? This is the leading candidate…

Wet Wet Wet and Alan Price weren't bad songs, but not as good as the Springsteen song.

Roxy Music was cool, and I immediately thought of Sha Na Na too when you played Pretty Little Angel Eyes.

That John Hiatt cover of Jeff Healey's Angel Eyes was really cool too. That's a great vocal he lays down. Seriously, I had no idea it wasn't a Jeff Healey original, so more great info from the Pell-Meister.

And the GP officially goes to Mr. Springsteen.

I'm still waiting on Undercover Angel...

Jon, Sorry for the delay, been busy as hell. Yes Healey was blind- I didn't go into it but I understand they removed his eyes at age one! JESUS CHRIST!!! WTF!!! That's probably the ONLY movie he was in. You just don't like Bruce do you- well I told you how he feels about you, lol! Wet, Wet, Wet...yeah...of its time. Now I didn't say Alan Price had my favorite album OF ALL TIME (that would be Sgt. Pepper), just one of them, Between Today And Yesterday. On it, I LOVE the Jarrow Song, but I've…

Now I didn't say Alan Price had my favorite album OF ALL TIME (that would be Sgt. Pepper), just one of them, Between Today And Yesterday. On it, I LOVE the Jarrow Song, but I've never played it on the show...very British, about the Geordie Boys if you look it up, and the great title track appears twice. Plus a terrific song about friends called In Times Like These- the whole album takes me back to simpler times living with my parents, and I remember it was a bitch to find the LP. Roxy Music, who knows?- maybe it was released in late '78 and became a hit in '79. I didn't play Sha Na Na, that was Curtis Lee...where did you get that idea, lol? Finally, John Hiatt did NOT cover Healey's song, it was the other way around! Hope that clears things up as you were apparently drunk again, lol! Thanks for the listen and writing, and amusing yourself and me along with it,

Jeff Healy was blind!!?? He was in "Roadhouse", dammit! Probably the greatest bouncer movie ever! Probably the greatest movie with Jeff Healy....ever!!!!!!

Hey, a song by Bruuuuuuuuce where he doesn't sound like he started singing after someone kicked him awake. Still doesn't mean I like it though.

Wet, Wet, Wet......ok. Sounded like a product of its time.

Really? The Alan Price is your favorite album OF ALL TIME? You absolutely 100% sure about…

That Roxy Music song is interesting. Talking about a product of its time, that sounds like an 80's song. Yes, '79 (you said '78 though) was close to 80, but it still sounded like something from the 80's. Never noticed that before. Now I have.

Sha Na Na was cool. Didn't think you liked them, but there's a song by them right there. Bowzer has gotta be proud...oh, nevermind.

Nice cover from John Hiatt. Didn't know anyone ever covered a Jeff "Roadhouse" Healy song. Now I know!

Crap, I amuse myself.
