Got two more parts on Blackouts- apparently I haven't seen the Light yet, lol!
Looking back at the one in 2003- the one I enjoyed least of all- the last I heard about it was that it originated from Somewhere In Ohio.
Had something to do with an Overload.
Then I'll musically include another item you should always have in the event of the Lights going out.
Finally, is it just an Urban Legend?
Or nine months later, do birth rates really spike in the affected areas of Blackouts?
It would seem there is an awful lot of seducing going on during those periods.
