P.S. You never posted at Podomatic.
I am taking back the "good friend" part, LOL!
Neil Diamond still sounds pretty good if you ask me. I think, probably, out of the three songs that you played, I prefer the first one, but all of them sound fine.
I have the Robert Plant album. That first track is easily my favorite on the album. It has the taste of Americana, and I'm a fan of that genre. So kudos for that. But overall, I'm just okay with the album. I can spin it or not, but most likely won't.
Robert Gordon is one I'm not at all familiar with. Who is he? Anyway, I kinda like this. It definitely sounds old. I like the steel guitar in that first track. And that's the track I'm handing the Golden Pell to.
Nice job Mike. I like this subject. You should do it more often. Also haven't heard one of those album spotlight shows lately.
What's this about switching colluding partners?
Oh forget it, I don't want to know, lol!
I'm telling him!!!
Oh, hush up.
RJ is going to be PO'd that you switched colluding partners!
So, this morning when I woke up I had a Neil Diamond song in my head which becamse the WWEB song for the day and your show starts off with Neil Diamond! What brilliant minds! We should do a drive time show! YEAH!
I liked those Neil Diamond songs, they were quite good. Almost good enough to possibly warrant a purchase.
As for the Robert Plant album, well..........yeah. Actually, no. I did not like that album at all, I picked it as my worst album of the year. He's obviously doing what he likes now, but it doesn't mean I have to like it. And I don't.
The Robert Gordon songs were ok, but nothing special.
If I were to give out awards, it would go to Neil Diamond. But I don't.
There are no birthdays today
