ROCKOLLECTIONS: VOL3- NAMEDROPPING PT.1

It’s Namedropping time again, let’s call it Vol.3.
The Dictionary Definition is, “To mention casually the names of illustrious or famous people in order to imply that one is on familiar terms with them. It is intended as a means of self-promotion.”
You'll easily know what I mean after a few songs.
Know what annoys me and maybe you too?
Those Movie Star Rock Band Wannabes!
But I have an exception, a surprisingly good song!
The Names Dropped you should know, although I did go into people like P.J. Proby who made me think of P.F. Sloan.
The fun is in the lyrics, seeing how many people you can identify- it's like a Musical Puzzle.
And this episode is so entertaining, you may even know a song or two, lol!
What can I say?- I just play what comes to mind.
Enjoy!

Jon,
I don’t leave mine strewn around.
They are either in shelves or leaning against them.
I do emphatically agree with you that records MUST be in the jacket and album sleeve!
But I never had the time or the inclination to put them in alphabetical order.
I just KNOW where they are...by osmosis or something, lol!
Seriously, and if they are NOT there, I usually have a 2nd idea where.
After that, I am freakin’ lost, LOL!
Gotta start looking!
I am a little better alphabetically with CD’s but not much.
That was Kevin Bacon, couldn’t you hear him sizzle?
Damn good song, no?
Thanks for the listen and writing,
Mike

Wait.....so this guy has a bunch of vinyl records sitting on the floor, gathering dust? Are they in the album sleeves? How about the dust covers?

Now, I have a problem with people who leaves albums strewn around. They must be in order (preferably alphabetic) and MUST be in the dust cover and album sleeve. Anyone who doesn't do this has no respect from me.

Hey, that singer of the Bakn Bros sound like the actor Kevin Bacon. Wonder if he knows that.
