I'm picking up my copy of that Def Leppard album tomorrow. I'll be doing a review of it for KNAC.

I have the Black Sabbath, Cheap Trick, Joe Satriani, AC/DC and Van Halen albums.

Vinyl Collection 3.0

3.0?
Yes.

The original collection left behind in Yugoslavia, amassed between 250-300 pcs at the time of its peak existence, of which the majority is MIA, and presumed dead.

2.0
Was briefly pooled together in fire-sale acquisitions throughout Sweden, at the time of the media's market collapse. The 50+, (a relatively small lot), was left behind with confidence to a man who turned out to be a confidence man... unfortunately. Easy come, easy go, I guess but never forgotten.

3.0
Contains partial remains from the original collection + 2nd hand hauls from 2 Canadian Record retailers and a few online purchases.

“ I remember opening up my first vinyl and seeing the incredible artwork it had.
There’s nothing like it.
You also get that true gritty sound on vinyl that really makes a rock record sound great,
which CDs can never achieve. ”
                                                — Nikki Sixx

“ Owning vinyl is like having a beautiful painting hanging in your living room.
It's something you can hold, pore over the lyrics, and immerse yourself in the artwork. ”
                                                                                                           — Steven Wilson

“ My record collection probably tells the story of my life better than I could in words. ”
                                                                                                           — Colleen Murphy

“ Some of our early work was two minutes twenty when it actually came out on vinyl, very, very, very short. Sometimes if you made a three-minute record they would make you do an edited version for radio, particularly in America. ”

“ America stopped making vinyl and phased out the single but Germany held out and refused.
Warner's never phased out vinyl in Germany.
Now America imports it! ”
