I'm glad to see you came around for the previous album. I remember having it on my Top 10 List and you didn't, which surprised me a lot.

I did end up buying the 2CD version of that Part I. CD because I missed the opportunity to buy the Box-set. When it was announced for pre-order I haven't had the money for it. By the time I saved up, it was sold out. Hence I ended up with the 2CD version of which one was the history album. Nice feature. It was a female narrator (as opposed to Orson Wells doing one for Manowar, BTW, Manowar is the only band that should be doing narrations, but the fact that Sabaton made it available without the narration as well, makes it a great choice) if I remember correctly.

Fast forward to the pre-order of the Box-set for this album, I waited since I wanted to stream it first. Bad decision. Sold out again, and I was scrambling to find something other than the regular edition. Throughout my search, I saw Hungary released a very nice bundle, with a Sabaton Magazine, Button, Posters, and a label promo-CD. Found a seller and placed an order. Unfortunately, the button was only available at the pre-order stage, so mine came without it. Wrote an email to the label and for the price of shipping they sent me the button (+ a couple of Promo-CDs as well). I waited to read your review after I got a chance to listen to my CD.

Milunka Savić. Interesting (and great) choice of heroes to tell a story about. As someone who was born in Yugoslavia, I can tell you that her male comrades (with similar attributes during one war only) were a lot more famous back home than she was. They would have schools, stadiums, museums, etc. named after them while Milunka was lucky to get a statue (which was put up in a small place near to where I lived, and yes, I visited).

Yngve, glad you liked the album.

When I shared my review on Twitter, I made sure I tagged the narrator and she saw it and retweeted the link. Oh, and I got an amazing response from the band's PR person about my review as well.

Awesome.

Never heard a song by Sabaton.  But this idea certainly attracts my mind to it. Maybe I will try to check some of it out on YouTube.

But my question is, both parts (albums) cover the exact same topic?

Yes they both center around World War 1, but cover different topics in each song.
