The best APP album is "Tales of Mystery and Imagination: Edgar Allan Poe". One of the coolest records ever made IMO. If your interested I could post AOTW 139.5 as a companion to this post later in the week...
I'm always interested dude. I don't have it, so let's hear it.
Cant compare to "Tales of Mystery and Imagination: Edgar Allan Poe"...
Love the opener on this album and it sets a great mood for the album which has no real filler. I love "Nothing Left to Lose" as the best Hidden Track here - the Golden RJ if-you-will. The remastered expanded edition includes a backing track, vocal overdub and early version of the tune which are all very cool (made cooler because I love the song anyway)
I've owned this album in most of the various formats since it came out, and as they continue to change this album will follow with me.
Very nice pick!
Thanks homey!
This is a fine album. "I, Robot" is better, of course, but this is definitely not something to sneeze at. Every track is very good, no filler, no muss, no fuss. I have a couple copies of this on CD, a Russian version (with "Ammonia Avenue") and the remaster.
Finally, a decent post. I'm proud of you.
Cool...I think. Anyway, I'm quite excited about the curve ball coming up later tonight.
