Well, I must say, that I don't really understand if your comment is negative or positive, Jon?! But reading it a few times, maybe positive? If so, then I'm not "talking" to you :-)

But otherwise there has only been "trash"-comments to this song (here and on Facebook), and my personal opinion is, that I think it sounds kind of refreshing, or at least almost as good as some of Faith No More's best output from the 90's. Great sounding guitar. I'm looking forward to this album now.

But usually, when there's a new video from Europe or some "new" band feautering Jack Blades or that kind of stuff, there's mostly "smash"-comments. I understand, that there are many americans especially on the facebook-page, and therefore especailly Journey is a sure vote in CRB Hall of Fame (and Eagles urgh!)

Therefore my comment "You guys still live in the 80's".

Don't worry about those that think this is trash. I like the song too, so they're wrong.

It's just an opinion.  Jon and Niels both "trash" much more stuff than I do.  But that's okay, everybody likes what they like.  It might be a fantastic album.  Or it might blow.  Who knows?

Personally, I like to think that I'm firmly in the now musically.  I feel like I like a pretty broad range of musical styles.  I'm the main commentator here that likes some country music, a fair amount of Americana and even other styles.  But my favorite rock music now is steeped in 70's and 80's feel.  I bought a CD that I thought would be pretty cool.  It's by an artist that I have given a chance at least three occasions now.  I wasn't crazy about the other two, but they were okay.  This new one is very modern sounding.  And I can't even make it through the whole cd.  And I liked modern rock at one time.

No sir.  I did order the regular version of the Steven Wilson album.  Despite my jabbing year before last, I did think the Raven album was quite good.  Not the greatest thing since sliced bread like you guys think, but it was good none the less.  It's not available with Autorip so I won't have the CD until this evening.
