Classic Rock Bottom

I got this idea to make our own unauthorized best of comp for AC/DC. There really isn't one so..........

Here's the idea. We'll take all the AC/DC albums listed below and you'll need to pull ONE song from each of the listed albums. Only those albums listed are to be used, so no “T.N.T” or any of their live albums, etc. Just those albums listed below, and all will be the US releases.

One song MUST be picked from each of the albums listed. Those lists that do not include a song from each of those albums listed will be disqualified and, depending on my mood, flayed.

So, we'll do this and then build our own unauthorized album. Of course there may be some duplicate tracks but we'll only use that track once. You can send it to me privately or list it below. Those that don't trust the internet can send it to me by regular mail. We'll need all lists by 6 a.m. EST on Friday, 10/11/19.

The Albums:

High Voltage
Let There Be Rock
Highway To Hell
Back In Black
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
For Those About To Rock We Salute You
Flick Of The Switch
Fly On The Wall
Blow Up Your Video
The Razor's Edge
Stiff Upper Lip
Black Ice
Rock Or Bust

P.S. There will be one bonus track......

So let me get this straight.
We come up with a list of AC/DC songs, and you will press the Best of CD (on a silver disc with liner notes and a tray liner) from tracks of our choices. Unauthorized... Of course.

AC/DC is still one of the very few artists I'm searching for a "good" Best Of / Greatest Hits - Compilation.
The only CD of the sort, that ever came close to meet my expectations is the:
"Ballbreakers (17 Classic Tracks)" CD released in 1995. However, it's rare and expensive because it was a Promo item.

To your request:

from "High Voltage"
candidates: T.N.T.
winner: T.N.T.

from "Stiff Upper Lip"

from "Black Ice"
candidates: n/a
winner: The 2 second gap between the "Wheels" and "Imbecile" sounds incredible. Why this particular gap? No reason at all. Truthfully, all 2 second gaps on every AC/DC album ever recorded sounds the same to me. (pun intended)
OK twist my arms and you get: Stormy May Day

from "Rock Or Bust"
candidates: Rock Or Bust / Rock The House / Emission Control
winner: Rock Or Bust

Bonus: Who Made Who / D.T.

Well, there is the Iron Man 2 soundtrack which is kind of a greatest hits, but not really. Same with WHo Made Who.

Yeah, I bought an old factory in Germany and am going to make these discs. It's right next to the Harry's Razors factory.

My favorite finds in looking for CDs is when I come across one that says: Made In West Germany.

Mind you, it's not as remarkable as something made by the Mayans or the Roman Empire per se, but it's right up with the ones made in Yugoslavia. You know... Ancient, and extinct civilizations. Dinosaurs... Like AC/DC themselves.

It’s A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rhythm n Blues)
Whole Lotta Rosie
Sin City

Touch Too Much
Have A Drink On Me
Big Balls
Guns For Hire
Shake Your Foundations
Hard As A Rock
Safe In New York City
Rock ‘n’ Roll Train
Dogs Of War

Well, it's done. Here's the picks from the four (??) people who decided to contribute. I thank you all.

Now you just need to build this playlist. I would make some CD's for you all, but the factory burned down. Some claim it's an "insurance" thing, but what do they know?

I think I would invest a few Deutsche Marks in an Anthology CD with these tracks.

What would be a good title for an AC/DC Greatest hits CD?

My vote goes for: "The Biggest Balls Of Them All!"

Hell, works for me.

The Biggest Balls Of Them All: Totally Unauthorized. You know, so we don't get sued.
