In 2000, three years after the "mess" that was Generation Swine hit the shelves, Motley Crue released New Tattoo. This time, although Vince Neil was back, Tommy Lee was gone. Let's just get strait to the point, I really expected this to be devoid of value. You see, I don't own it, so I listened to it on Youtube. But to my amazement, I was absolutely wrong. This is a very decent album. It gets back to the straight ahead rock and roll that made up Dr. Feelgood. As a matter of fact, I could easily seeing this album as a nice follow up to that album. I'm not saying this is the greatest album ever, but if you haven't heard it, look it up on Youtube and give it a listen. You may just like it too.
