I'm working now, but maybe I'll try another video later just to see if I actually got it.

Under the video on youtube, you'll see "about", "share", "add to" and some more crap. Click "share" and underneath a couple option will appear, "embed" and "email".

Click "embed" and a underneath that will be a box with code. Underneath THAT there will be some options, make sure the box next to "Use old embed code" is checkmarked.

Copy the code from the box. Come back here and above the box you type stuff into you'll see "link", a box of something and then a small piece of film. Click that film piece and a box will open and you just paste that code from youtube into that box, hit "ok" and you're video can be seen here. Sound like a lot of work, but it's really easy.
