ROCKOLLECTIONS: LIFE AND THE NEW YEAR PT.2

Happy New Year!
I sure hope that hungover feeling and that throbbing, alcohol-soaked head make you feel like 2014 is going to be GREAT, LOL!
Grab a hot coffee packed with caffeine and join me as we listen to Songs Of Life on this Lazy First Day Of The Year.
Here's my prediction for you for this coming year: Before it is over, there will really good moments and really bad moments!
But we'll get through them together.
Because I have you, you have me...and we all have some Great Rock & Roll.
Each day holds the promise of a new beginning and endless possibilities.
So again, I wish you a Very Very Healthy & Happy New Year!
Now, let's get to the Music Of Life!

Here are the links to listen to some more Life Songs, and hopefully contribute to your New Day in a New Year, at Mike Pell Rockollections:

Jon,
Me either, though I had a couple of Johnny Blacks.
I know you are up early, but you haven't stayed up till midnight for over 10 years?
I eat DINNER after midnight, lol!
Somewhat proud that I caused you  to reflect by looking in a mirror while listening- not quite what I had in mind though, lol!
Yes that was Magna Carta, and I played them last year.
It's a really long song, so I distilled it to fit the topic of the New Year.
I will be taking a good long musical look at the NOW coming up.
Past Present & Future will be the next Theme Series, and I invite you.
I've been a Rick Nelson fan since I can remember, so that's a good deal you got, one of those two-fers.
Love the song Garden Party, but think Windfall might be the beetter album.
At any rate, enjoy...and never pass up anything by Rick.
Thanks for the listen and writing, in your uniques style, lol,
Mike

Oh, and I just bought Rick Nelson's "Garden Party"/"Windfall". Imagine that!

Nope, no hangover here!

Watched a couple zombie movies New Years Eve (cause that's what I do) and I was asleep by 10:30. Dunno if I'm scared another year has gone by or if I just don't care that a new year is just about to start. Haven't stayed up till midnight for over 10 years. Ain't nothing special to me!

I like this show. I caused me to reflect. I was looking in a mirror while listening, hence the reflection. Yeah, like I would think about the past or the future. I live for the NOW. NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW, NOW!

Hey, that last song was really nice. Magna Carta you say? Think you've played them before. Prog name, not prog music really.

Really good show, at least for the NOW.
