ROCKOLLECTIONS: THE SUNDAY PAPERS PT.6 FINAL

This is it, gonna finish up The Sunday Papers.
To begin, from time to time it is necessary, or for chosen reasons, to give a look at the Classifieds!
After that, in every Series there are some Songs that don’t fit into any Category- I will take the opportunity to play them here.
Finally, I said weeks ago that over the course of your lifetime the Section of The Sunday Papers that you read first changes.
Well, what’s left, lol?
Hope you enjoyed this Trip With The Sunday Papers.
Final stop for them, the Birdcage!
I still love doing Themes!

Jon,
No I don’t, which answers all the others, lol!
I was pressed for time, but I wanted to mention the box scores- how as a kid I would cut them out of the paper.
Now they have things in there I have to guess what they mean!
Sports and Entertainment, yeah I go there.
The Post and The News have flipped positions- Post is now conservative (my leanings) and News ultra-liberal.
Remember a couple of years ago when Mets were in World Series?
They got themselves RINGS?
They got smoked in the Series- you don’t get RINGS, LOL!
RINGS for SECOND BEST- a participation trophy, LOL
Never heard of such a thing!
But it was a fun Series, a pretty good idea- I get a trophy, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing,
Mike

Do you actually have a bird cage? Is there really a bird in it? A live bird?

It's strange, but I don't think I've changed much with what I read in the paper. It depends on what area I'm in, I guess. I could give a crap about Detroit sports, but I will read the baseball box scores, especially the Mets if I'm bored and a paper is around. The the entertainment section.

So, no big change for me. Front headlines? Who cares.

Man, now I want to go back to reading the NY Post since it's like reading the Weekly World News or one of those other supermarket papers. Most papers are too damn serious, I wanna read about stupid people getting stuck in chimneys and getting attacked by feral boll weevils. Of course that would be AFTER reading articles about the Mets.

Well, that was a fun series.
