Classic Rock Bottom

This is it, I am going to wrap it up with the Trios.
At least for now- there were many Leftovers, and I'd like to revisit some of the Groups I did play.
So it would seem a Sequel is called for at some future date.
There are Bands in here that can really create a sound and knew very well how to make our Music!
This short Series was a lot of fun for me.
I can only hope you feel the same way.
And that I brought back some nice Memories for you!

RJ,
Love the Three Stooges? Uh oh...I just like the song now, lol!
The Three Amigos- Chevy Chase is in that right?
Something about him I don't like, and if you read about about him I ain't alone!
It's Don't You Write Her Off by McGuinn, Clark & Hillman, original Byrds, a terrific song I've liked for a long time.
So a Classic Pell this time, and for Jimi Hendrix Experience with Foxey Lady!
Frankly I don't think there were any clunkers in here, so you could go anywhere for a winner.
Might wanna revisit this topic sometime...see what I mean below with Jon?
Sometimes the simplest ideas work out best, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing,
Mike

Jon,
Is that band Rush? I think Scott likes them, right?
No I haven't heard their covers album.
I outgrew the Three Stooges, also Abbott & Costello and Martin & Lewis, some others no doubt- just not funny to me anymore.
I'll never outgrow Seinfeld, or Laurel & Hardy (LOVE them), Marx Brothers, WC Fields, etc.
I think you heard that exact song before by McGuinn, Clark & Hillman, it was a small hit and played on the radio.
You are one of quite a few who seem to wish I wasn't done with Trios, I better return soon, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing,
Mike, The Rocker, lol

Love the Three Stooges. I am also a fan of The Three Amigos.

The only song I haven't heard here is Don't You Write Her Off by somebody, somebody and somebody else.

Therefore, I will sub a Classic Pell for a GP. And the CP goes to JHE for Foxy Lady with a close runner up to ELP. Also, Geddy Lee's bass work on Not Fade Away is spectacular.

Might wanna revisit this topic sometime.

Man, you are ROCKING! Someone will be very happy that you included a certain band, interesting song choice, I must say so myself. have you heard their covers album? Quite good, one of the best cover albums out there.

3 Stooges? We'll, I'll be. To be honest, they kinda bore me and are actually quite annoying. Maybe I'm getting older and things annoy me more. Kinda like "Seinfeld", now I just want to punch the main characters in the face, repeatedly. Still like the show!

Another fine show, the Hillman et al song is very familiar, could be I heard this exact song before or maybe I heard a cover version? I do not know.

That sucks you're done with trios. Guess I'll just wait for the next time.
