Classic Rock Bottom

Alright, maybe I am beating it to death.
But going through the years with Whistling In Songs, I can't very well leave out any decades, can I?
And a strange thing happened in the 90's- Whistling seemed to stop, pretty much disappeared!
But in the New Millennium it made a Comeback.
Whistling Is Alive And Well!
Besides, I want to continue to surprise you with just how many Whistling Songs there are, and how you may never have noticed.
Plus there's simply Good Music in here!

I saw  A Knight's Tale, Heath Ledger in it right?
But did you know Golden Years had Whistling in it?
It is doubtful I've played GNR before, lol!
I've had various acoustic themes in mind, but haven't acted on them yet.
Well I had you going there with those songs, you got the title Gone Again though, lol!
And  the winner of the Golden Pell is Sail Away by David Gray!
Nice pick, and check out the album it's from, White Ladder- I like it a lot!
You bought your first Bob Dylan album...will wonders never cease, lol?
Nah, just kidding, but it's about time!
John Wesley Harding is a real good one.
But I would have started early, like with the Freewheelin' Bob Dylan, so you can hear the serious poetry, social commentary, and even very funny humor in his development through the years.
But nobody asked me, lol!
Oh, I dug the Indigo Girls in this one!
And no more posting at the illusion people actually listen to my show to passersby, lol?
Thanks for the listen and writing, just one more thrilling Episode to go,

Always thought Golden Years was a cool song.  I think it was used int A Knight's Tale, which is actually a pretty decent movie.

Patience is a cool song.  Don't remember hearing you play GNR before.  The ending of the song is the best part.  Nice acoustic track (have you ever done an acoustic theme?). Don't know what that next tune is.  Almost sounds like Dylan, but it's a great tune.  That next song isn't too bad either.  Maybe there was some good music in the 90's.  Don't know who the artist is though.  Don't know the next one either, maybe it's called Gone Again.  Another cool little tune.  I love this type of music.

That last song I can take or leave.  Oh, Sail Away was by David Gray.  Great song and that's the winner of the Golden Pell.  Good job.  By the way, I bought my first Bob Dylan album (John Wesley Harding) on Friday night.

Guess it was just a matter of time- I will have done 4 hours of Whistling songs and so far only one dreaded song to make you sick.
Had a feeling it would be Patience, and patiently awaited your upchucking, lol!
Now just what IS that that other hated whistling song?
And what's this, "even NRBQ", you don't like them?
It remains to be seen, or heard, whether I play that OTHER song.
Tell me what it is if I don't.
I KNOW you'll tell me if I do, LOL!
Thanks for the listen and writing. and hanging in there with me despite feeling ill,

This started off very well, with David Bowie and then came crashing to the ground with that one song. Yep, you played it. Yes you did.

Thankfully, the next song picked it back up again. Really did like that son from David Gray. You could have included that other whistling song after that one whistling song, but you didn't and I thank you for that.

Badly Drawn Fall Out Boy did nothing for me. Don't like that singing style.

The rest was ok, even NRBQ.

You're not going to play that OTHER song, are you? I won't tell you what it is so you don't get any ideas.
