I'm in Sunny Okanagans, but this year the snow came early. Luckily, today there was little bit of rain, so it washed the snow away. If I'd knew that, I wouldn't shovel it.

Hmm... If you didn't figure out the Indian Summer song I know, I will put it up in one of the future LTTPs. Will let you know, when that happens.

Well yeah, we measure distance in metric, snow in feet, everything else in... beer. For example, a loaf of bread costs half a beer and a shovel is about 5 beers now…

Indian Summer. Sure. Right off the bat, rub it in.

You know how I spent my time listen to your radio? Well, let me tell you. Shoveling snow. Yep, it's been an Eskimo Winter here, (is that a thing? If not let's make a song) for about two weeks now. Therefore, I can say that listening to your program was literally a chore for me.

Another thing. You played 5 Indian Summer's. Not one. Not two. Not three. Not four, but 5 Indian Summer and neither one of them was the one I know. Well, I know ONLY one Indian Summer, because my Father used to play it. Here is a trivia for you. Going by what I just said, can you figure out which song I'm referring to?

Perhaps, I shouldn't complain, since it could be worse. Like shoveling 8 feet of snow instead of 4 feet and then running out of music half way through. Oh yeah, that's a thing. I shovel 8 feet of snow / per hour. We Canadians have measuring units for everything. At least the music was warm. I don't know if that counts as cheating or not?
I can tell immediately that t…tag:classic-rock-bottom.ning.com,2017-11-10:6060463:Comment:1512392017-11-10T18:58:24.515ZRJhog (Admin)https://classic-rock-bottom.ning.com/profile/JeffHogland

I can tell immediately that the first song is by Al Stewart. I've never been a big fan, but I just featured Year of the Cat in the Album of the Week forum. His voice is very recognizable. Joe Walsh's voice is also very recognizable. That can really make you feel at home, sitting on your back porch, cool, rustling Autumn breeze, listening to recognizable voices. Jim Morrison. Drink a beer. Like Jon said, pick up some leaves.

The Poco song didn't have that familiar voice for me. I wasn't sure who that was, but I liked the song enough to overnight a Golden Pell to Poco.

Neil Young. Familiar voices. Justin Hayward of The Moody Blues. I thought it was The Moody Blues, but from Justin Hayward solo. Great song. Really hits home.
Now this was pleasant.
Now this was pleasant. Makes me wantto go out and pick up leaves in an hour or two.

That's what I'm going to do.

Pick up leaves.

With a mower.

In the 40's.
