Classic Rock Bottom

So, I think Rick Nielsen is really on fire on the new Cheap Trick album.  But that has nothing to do with Found All The Parts, the band's first EP, released in 1980.  Only four songs in length, the EP did crack the Top 40 (#39).  But no certification was attained.  In case you didn't already know this, the "live" Beatles cover (Day Tripper) wasn't exactly live.  The band did record it that way, but wasn't fond of the recording, so they re-recorded it in the studio and added the crowd noise back in.  I think it's an okay cover, but it won't make my playlist.  I do like the live version of Can't Hold On as well as Such A Good Girl.  Take Me I'm Yours is also a very cool song, with a nice little country flavor.  So I guess I like this offering pretty well.  But because it's an EP with only four songs, it surely won't outrank any full albums...or will it?
