JOURNEY - DEPARTURE (1980)

Departure was Journey's first album of the 80's.  It was their third strait Triple Platinum offering, and it was the band's first Top 10 album, topping out at number eight.  I'd say the band had found it's wheelhouse and was now knocking everything out of the park.  Departure generated two Top 40 singles, Any Way You Want It (#23) and Walks Like A Lady (#32).  In addition to those two fabulous songs, there was also Precious Time, Where Were You (one of my absolute favorites), Line of Fire and Stay Awhile (yet another of my faves).  I haven't even mentioned how cool the band's album covers were becoming.  What do you think about Departure?
