Classic Rock Bottom

The next to last Chapter of my exploration of Rock & Roll Mister Songs.
Not being a sexist about it, there are far more Mr. songs than Miss, Mrs. or Ms. songs combined.
The hardest part of this was choosing from so many tunes.
In this episode, some Greek, some Dancing, Looking At The Sky, a couple of more Miserable Songs, and another version of a song I played last week.
Here's a hint on that last one..."Sing Teddy Sing".
All in all, I think your reaction will be, why didn't he play these earlier, lol?

Here are the links to listen to a very interesting collection I do think you will like, at Mike Pell Rockollections:

Jon,
That was my intention, to throw you amd everybody for a loop with Mr. Mister, and no Mr in the song title.
Happy it worked.
See, the show should never be boring...although sometimes I guess it can be, lol!
So you don't like goats or soup, but DID like the Stones song.
Again, I am just doing my job.
Wait...you don't like goats or soup...why the hell NOT, LOL?
This is funny:

And then my damn happiness was ruined by The Critters (?) and Otis Redding! DAMN! Good songs though, but DAMN!

I know, I shouldn't toy with your emotions, I know how sensitive you can be, lol!
Critters is correct.
Wow, I can't remember when I last heard a Blackfoot song, so you lost me there.
But I'll take your word for it there's a similarity to the NGDB.
Yeah man, GO TEDDY!
You have a dog like him and then he dies, you are hurting for years, and he can never be replaced!
Is this the bestest Mr show yet?
Well, it's your call.
But it might just be.
Got one more chance to top it later tonight.
Thanks for the listen and writing, you were first in again,
Mike

Good show Mike.

One of the few shows where I actually know the majority of songs you played.  So this calls for the breaking out of the special award, the Classic Pell.

I liked all of the tunes you played, but I'm gonna give that Classic Pell to Mr. Blue Sky.  I used to not care that much for this song, but my attitude has changed.  Just a great song and highly influenced by The Beatles if you ask me.

I did like that song by The Critters.  I didn't get the name.  Mr. Dyingly Sad or something like that.

Ah-ha! Threw me for a loop there. Mr. Mister, not Mr in the song title, no sirree bob!

I like that Stones song but don't have that album. Don't like goats or soup. That's the way it is.

Isn't Mr Blue Sky THE HAPPIEST SONG EVER RECORDED???? I believe so, dammit! It makes me so damn happy!

And then my damn happiness was ruined by The Critters (?) and Otis Redding! DAMN! Good songs though, but DAMN!

The beginning of the Nittygrittydirtyband reminded me of the beginning of a Blackfoot song where Shorty Medlocke was talking about stuff. Good song too. GO TEDDY!

Oh-oh. Is this the bestest Mr show yet???????
