I realize just how impossible it is to play all the songs I want to in this 1967 And The Summer Of Love series, no matter how many years it takes.
In this opening half, I'll have something I couldn't ignore, Protest Music...just a couple.
Then, since we did San Francisco, a look at some of the L.A. Bands who contributed much to the year's music.
Included, the group Love's Masterpiece!
If you are an old movie lover like I am, the TCM type, the comparison that begs to be made is that 1967 was to Music, what 1939 was to Movies.
Enjoy!

Jon,
Hate to tell you but this was a rerun I sneaked in on you.
In the ensuing years, I got that JA album.
We are tied, LOL!
Thanks for the listen,
Mike
Well, well, well.
Looks like someone's collection is not complete.
Mine is more complete than yours.
Do I have that Jefferson Airplane album? Yes.
Do you? No.
I win.
