And hey RJ, leave my roof alone!
It ain't built yet, lol!
Bob Dylan surprised me because....you can understand him! Yay!
That Tom Waites "thang" was pretty funny, but I keep saying "SHUT UP!". Then it dawmened on me that he was talking about me! I do stuff in the garage and keep the door closed! Tee hee!
First I thought it was The Corrs, than found out it wasn't. Oh well. Not bad, but they mentioned sweat and I was gonna say that I would like the sweat off The.....nevermind.
Kinda disgusting that you were doing the show half nekkid. To each his own, I guess. Still expecting you to mention that song about morning wood, but I'll just wait?
Great Indigo Girls comment Scott...
Of course, once the house is built, we're gonna want to blow the roof off of it!
I feel Our House from CSN&Y coming up soon, just a guess, but I'd put money on that one... And then Our House from Madness, you know, the one in the middle of the street! I think those two may make an appearance.
I too liked the Indigo Girls song from the first set of tunes. I know nothing about them other than I have something in common... Were all Lesbians.
Golden Pell goes to Dylan, that was spectacular! Never heard it before, but the acoustic work is awesome. I also liked the Folgelberg track as a close second...
Cool topic and cool start, it will be interesting to see What The Hell Your Building in here!!! We have a right know!
You definitely have to start with the tools. I'm having trouble though thinking of songs about circular saws and screwdrivers (although I'm pretty sure I remember a song titled Screwdriver on last year's Anthrax release). I'm sure you have that one.
I'm not surprised at all with what you kicked the show off with. But I really liked the inclusion of The Indigo Girls tune. It's been a long time since I heard that song.
You played two staples. Do you know who I'm referring too? Dylan and Fogelberg.
I'm giving the Golden Pell to Tom Waits, even though it's not really a song. But it's plenty creepy. I mean way creepy. Nice addition to this show.
