I'm surprised to read, that Ozzy hit the notes? I also saw Sabbath 3 years ago, and even though it was a memorable event, Ozzy was sounding terrible.

Wise of them to drop the songs from "13". It's not a bad album, but they have sooo many more stronger songs to pick from.

I am not sure if Ozzy hit the notes so much as they downtuned stuff so that he didn't have to go so high as the original tracks were.

But he did sound freaking great. Hey, I was as surprised as you.

I'm pretty sure they dropped the songs from 13 because this is their retirement tour, not because they had so many other tracks to choose from (which of course they do, but still). I would've loved to have seen them do "Methademic" and "Loner" from the album, but that's just me.
