Anti-Piracy Bill Unanimously Passes Senate Committee
- The Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act (COICA), the bill that would require Internet Service Providers and domain registrars to block access to websites that are dedicated to infringing copyright (torrent sites, blogs that post albums/tracks, etc.), was unanimously approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday.
