RIGHT NOW, I'M REALLY INTO...

Is it just me, or do you sometimes totally get into a band (or even a genre for that matter) that you have never really been all that into before?  If so, please share it with us in this thread.  Heck, I'll even start the ball rolling.

Right now, I'm really into Dream Theater.  As a matter of fact, I'm listening to their most recent offering as I type this.  I currently own three DT albums, but I have purchased three others and those are in transit to my earthly mailbox.  I can't wait to get 'em.  This band is terrific.  Musically, all members are extremely proficient at their instruments.  But I think I've been even more drawn to the vocalist (James Labrie).  It's wonderful stuff.  And on top of that, it's prog, which also seems to be on my mind a lot lately.

So what about you?

I have picked up Equator, the Magician's Birthday and Demons And Wizards, but not Head First.  I'll be checking out what I have in the next few days.
