Classic Rock Bottom

Well let me first apologize if what you think you are getting here is a lost album from that efn fabulous band fronted by Frank Starr, "The Four Horseman" out of L.A. , no...this band is from the Netherlands.

However...this band does kickass as well!

I forgot I even had this album. Well actually, I don't physically have it, just a DL'd copy of it. No doubt I DL this album thinking it was the LA band.

Well anyways, this version, going as The 4Horsemen are a heavy rock / blues band with some pretty catchy tunes. The have thrown in some saxaphone into the mix which for some reason I really like in a rock band. This album, their only one so far came out in 2010. They are slated to release a new one this summer. The album has 10 songs on it and the all are really good. A lot of great guitar work, you can hear the bass real good in this and the drums are real tight too. Just can't say enough about this band.

I hear a little Clapton in there, a bit of Nazaretha, a good bit of Molly Hatchet, especially on the title track and definetly some of The Fabulous Thunderbirds which is a good thing. I even hear some Hypnos69 in there too I think.

This is really good. I also hear some Masters Of Reality and Arc Angels in there as well. All these songs rock, and you did mention saxophone but you forgot to mention......COWBELL!!! I looked for them on amazon, and there is no listing. That really sucks because I'm diggin' this.

Check out their website John, and click on the CD Bestsellen link. I converted the dutch to english and it reads as follows "CD Order? Please give us the name, address and place of residence so that we can send the cd."

It may be worth a shot.

actually, just use this link
