Classic Rock Bottom

Going to make this really quick cause there's a well being drilled in out front yard and we've been without water since Thursday night. But, since this is more important than water fer cryin' out loud, I'm dedicated enough to post something/anything.

2005 solo album from Glenn Hughes, not too much funk but lots and lots of rock.

And there you have it.

Of course, I don't know MSoTW, but I like it. The guitar-solo sounded a bit like Martin Barre from Jethro Tull.
Hope you get water soon.  Didn't know you lived out in the country...
Ayuh. Live out in the country. Got me cows and sheep and chickens and every Friday night we have us a hoedown at the local grain & feed store.
Hoedown is the best...
Yee haw!

Your vast collection has far surpassed my simpleton ability to find the MSOTW.  Again, I am admitting defeat and cowering to your supremecy because we have no recourse to defeat you anymore.  MSOTWman has truly forsaken us!

However, on a positive note, this is a pretty cool album!  A prequel to BCC really.  Bonamassa and Bohnam are huge improvements though.

"Find" the MSoTW? Maybe MSoTWman can "find" it?

And as a sidenote...are we done with Glenn Hughes? Do we want more?

not find  , more like associate, ya thats it, associate!

And I could listen to some more if you got it!

MSoTW Man called me this morning from Sweden.  He says that the mystery song is called "A Microscopical Macrocosm" and that it's by a band called Vintersorg.  He also said that Niels should know this one...

As for Glenn Hughes, here is my rating:

1. Soul Mover **

2. She Moves Ghostly **

3. High Road *

4. Orion *

5. Change Yourself *

6. Let It Go *

7. Dark Star *

8. Isolation *

9. Land Of The Livin' (Wonderland)

10. Miss Llttle Insane **

11. Last Mistake

12. Don't Let Me Bleed **

Album Cover **

Everything with 2 stars gets 10 points 'cause I like 'em a lot.  All the one star tracks are very decent, but not necessarily memorable, so they get 5 points.  Two tracks have no stars, therefore they get no points 'cause I didn't like 'em.  I will add that I really like some of the guitar playing, especially on Let It Go and Dark Star.  With the album cover accounted for, my initial rating is 62%.  However, since I like this the best out of all of the Glenn Hughes stuff you've posted so far, and because of the guitar playing, I'm curving up to 70%.  Very nice post Jon.

Now why would MSoTW Man say something stupid like that? Just because, I'm from Denmark, I should be an expert on sweedish music, huh??

Well, if I somehow can find out, how to send a couple of "MP3-songs" to Jon, so he can use them as MSoTW some day, I've got JUST the right one for our "Super-hero". Just you tell him that, RJhog.

"Vintersorg"!!! Never heard of them!!!!

I'll let him know the next time he checks in from retirement.

Again...the person who "guessed" correctly is the same person who couldn't guess a Boston song. Figure it out people. FIGURE IT OUT!
