The only one I listened to was The Beatles, and I just don't get it. Just because of studio trickery, you get a unique sound. Guitar player A says, "oh, that was great. I let the reverb cook and took a can of tuna and slammed it against the pickups...sounded just like a dolphin. Amazing". I just don't understand why this magazine deems that important. You can say that about vocals, drums or any instrument.
The question is can you play it live and make it sound the same. Peter Frampton could. I'm pretty sure Jimmy Page could.
A top ten "riffs" would be more appropriate, but you know that no two honest music fans could agree on a top 10, and if it's posted by a magazine it will have some serious BS in it.

Yeah, doesn't make too much sense. Is it a possibility that all those listed use Gibson guitars? Idon't know,could research I suppose. And I don't know if those listed have WTF moments like they say they do.
