After the first two installments of The Cassette Chronicles were posted here, I was contacted by the people who run the Limelight magazine website. They wanted to know if I would be interested in writing the piece for their site.
So I said yes and as of today, the first post is now online. The original 9 cassettes I posted here will be repurposed and polished for inclusion as single album entries and I have 3 brand new cassettes already written up.
I decided to start with a new one for the first post, so if you are interested, why not take a look at what I thought of the Helix album Wild In The Streets HERE!

Nice work TR. I've never heard a single album and can't remember a single song by Helix. I can tell you like it, and I'm sure it would work well for a Saturday evening "on the back porch" listening session. Glad you got the gig on Limelight, you do a great job with your reviews and you deserve the recognition. Keep up the good work.
Thanks RJhog. I edited the link so it goes directly to the Helix post now.
I tried out my old stereo cassette player this afternoon and it works wonderfully. I need to see what few cassettes I still have. I know I have Another Mother Further because that's what's in there now. I'll check and see what I have this evening.
