All these videos for the most part, were performance videos & I like that! I like a good video, but I love seeing bands perform their songs!

You're A Lie - I liked the song initially, but the more I hear it, the more it's growing on me. Slash has a nice solo, so that's a plus!!! I'm not sure what was really going on with the girl. She was a model, being photographed & the she transforms into a vampire, has a seizure or she's being beaten? Whatever happened, it left her on floor crawling for the door. I guess it added for a little drama & broke up the performance.

Indifferent - This was my favorite video of the lot. It had great imagery! The cinematography was good, the quality looked nice. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I liked the vocals. Portnoy was killing the Drums & the guitar solo was slamming! Yeah, I really liked this one!

Sunshine Of Your Love - Classic performance video! I love seeing the old clips!

Aces High - I Love the WWII footage & Churchill's voice over! Other than that, it's just great Iron Maiden! These guys can just flat out play & Bruce Dickenson, lays on some killer vocals!

The Bonneville Salt Flats!  Close to my hometown!  So thats a plus...  I really want to liek this band, but its not working for me...

Scott, have you checked out the Slash album.  It's unbelievable.  I have a link on another thread but it's on Rolling Stone's website.  You are correct about it being a must buy.  Slash and Myles have some great chemistry.

Didn't grab me at the beginning before, doesn't grab me at the beginning now but after about a minute it gets better. I have no idea what the purpose of the woman was. Was she the liar? I'm gonna do what I did with the last Slash album: wait until I hear a few more songs and then maybe buy. Song is decent enough.

ADRENALINE MOB--1 danish

This band is doing absolutely nothing for me, this song does absolutely nothing for me. I'm giving 1 danish (and only 1) for the video because I thought at first it was a sequel to "Christine" but no, it was actually just a mini version of "Fight Club". At least there was Don Jamieson on bass.

CREAM--5 danii

All for the hat and smoking bass!

IRON MAIDEN--5 danii

Still have never heard of this band, but this is pretty darn good.

Slash (5 Danishes)

This is outstanding.  And there are even better songs on the album.  I absolutely can't wait until Tuesday.  I'll be picking this up somewhat early so I can blast it in my truck throughout the rest of the day.   This video is okay.  I like the performance aspect, but the concept does nothing and neither does the blonde.  

Adrenaline Mob (4 Danishes)

Again, the video is just okay for the same reasons as the above response.  I did not like the Adrenaline Mob album at all.  But, this was the best song on it, by a long shot.  

Cream (6 Danishes)

Yes, you read that right.  I'm giving one danish more than is allowed.  How friggin' cool is this video?  Since when do you see live performances for videos?  I had no idea that Jack Bruce and Eric Clapton both sang on this song. And Ginger Baker totally rocked this song/video out.  Great pick.

Iron Maiden (5 Danishes)

It has taken me many years for me to warm up to Iron Maiden.  But I've definitely come to appreciate them much more over the last 2 years.  This is a really good song and I love the old black and white war footage.  

Niels, add 'em up.  That's 20/20 possible danishes.  Best every VOTW post!
