Great band with a great, yet underappreciated album.
Being a huge fan of Racer X I also bought this CD when it came out in 1991. The CD doesn't have the "Young & Dumb" song, not even the Japanese version, but it is available on Encino Man Soundtrack (I have that too on CD).

In 1993 I lived in Sweden and ordered a few CDs via mail. To my surprise, I got the "Takin' it To The Next Level" CD as a freebie to go along with the order. One of the very few times the freebie was something I would want and like too. It was only released as a Promo CD in a paper sleeve, with no booklet or back inlay.  It is a very cool-sounding material, but also a different, very different in style and not as polished as Let It Scream.

That's pretty cool that you have a copy of that 2nd album which is still listed as unreleased.
