Classic Rock Bottom

This will be a list of new music releases that may be of interest.

After some releases, there's letter(s) in parenthesis which have the following meanings:

R-Reissue, not necessarily remastered

RM=Remastered

ET=Extra Tracks

B=Box Set

If I miss something, feel free to post it. Thanks everyone!

You're absolutely right, Jon. But it had to end somehow, right?
Blame Rjhog?
You bet!!!!

Which albums are in the Whitesnake box set and how much is it?

I know I have some of the albums but I'm not sure if I have all of them from that particular time.

I might get that.

How does $203.28 hit ya?

Here's the Amazon link:http://www.amazon.com/Box-Snakes-Sunburst-Years-1978/dp/B005I7UDXE/...

Yeah, a bit pricey. I included it just for the hell of it.

...and here's Amazon's description:

11 Discs (including 9 audio CDS, a DVD Video & 7" White Vinyl EP), overseen by David Coverdale o New remasters of the 5 Studio albums & 2 LIVE albums that Whitesnake released from 1978-1982 o 2 previously unreleased LIVE albums recorded for the BBC at the 1979 & 1980 UK Reading Rock Festivals o DVD video featuring ten promo clips, four rare BBC TV performances & a previously unreleased US LIVE SHOW filmed in 1980 on the READY AN' WILLING TOUR o Large colour poster o 90page Hardback Coffee Table style book featuring a new 10,000 WORD interview with DAVID COVERDALE & Bernie Marsden discussing Whitesnake (1978-1982) plus many unpublished photos and rare memorabilia FROM Bernie Marsden's personal collection o Replica of the 7" "SNAKEBITE EP", the very first release from Whitesnake, faithfully reproduced on white vinyl.

I'm in, just for the poster!
Sounds like I'll be passing.

Maybe the Armored Saint and Halford releases.

Does the Warren Zevon remastered BLSIDS have extra tracks or something? I already have the album on CD and if there is nothing new musically, I'll probably pass on it.

No, it's just remastered.
