HAMMERFALL - ONE MORE TIME

"One More Time" is a song by sweedish band HammerFall and was released as the promo for their new album "Infected". Two versions was released, the first featured a live recording of "Hallowed be My Name" and a instrumental version of the title track. Later a second version was released featured "Lore of the Arcane/Trailblazers" live and a newly recorded version of "Blood Bound". It was written by Vocalist Joacim Cans and Guitarist Oscar Dronjak.



BUCKCHERRY - IT'S A PARTY

"It's a Party" is the seventeenth single by Buckcherry, and the third from their fifth album All Night Long. Is this a video or an add???!! Buttoms up!


STATUS QUO - ROCK'N'ROLL'N'YOU

UK rock legends STATUS QUO have released their new video for the song, 'Rock 'N' Roll 'N' You', taken off the band's new studio album, Quid Pro Quo, which will be released exclusively in the UK through Tesco Entertainment on May 30th, and in Europe and the rest of the world through earMUSIC/Edel on May 27th.

U.D.O. - I GIVE AS GOOD AS I GET

“I Give As Good As I Get”, the new video from U.D.O., the German metal band led by former ACCEPT frontman Udo Dirkschneider, has been released. The song comes off the group’s latest album, “Rev-Raptor”, which is being released on May 20 via AFM Records.


AC/DC - THAT'S THE WAY I WANNA ROCK'N'ROLL


I WAS gonna post a video from "Flick Of The Switch" imo the last REALLY good AC/DC-album, also MUCH better than "For those about to rock". Tons of good riffs on FOTS, but then I remembered this video, and I saw this video for the first time a few weeks before, I was going to my first AC/DC-concert in 1988, and I've always liked this video, so here you go:


RATT - LAY IT DOWN

I was never a Ratt-fan, I don't like Stephen Pearcy's voice, but I DID buy the first 3 albums. This is a pretty good song, though.( I know, the album they released last year was good too, but I never got around to buy it.)

Absolutely! Dirty Livin' is the best theme song that Miami Vice never used!!

Hammerfall - .25 points. The song would be worth half a point except for the stupid "ONE MORE TIME." The video sucks.

Buckcherry - 1 point. Standard performance video. Song is decent. The singer looks TERRIBLE with all those tattoos.

Status Quo - .5 points Standard performance type of video. Song seems kind of weak little sister, but it isn't totally terrible.

Night Ranger - 1.5 points Standing in the field, are we supposed to believe they are really rocking out while shooting this video? Really like the song though.

U.D.O. - 2 points. Awesome song and cool damn video.

AC/DC - 1 point. Video is lame outside of the standard performance vid. Also, is it me or is the video not synched up right when the vocals are going and they show Brian Johnson's mouth?

Ratt - 1 point. HIGH CHEESE FACTOR. But it's Ratt, that is to be expected. But the song is pretty good.

The beginning of the song reminds me of another song...any help? Song isn't too bad, and the wimmun were niiiiice. For an ad, it doesn't make me wanna drink though.

Status Quo--1 point

Song is pretty good, for some reason reminds me a bit of ELO. Video was ok, don't expect them to do something off the wall, so it fit in with the song. 

 

Night Ranger--1 point

Song is good, video is kind of cool. Have been liking Night Ranger more recently after re-listening to their post-hit stuff, but the last album was a bit of a letdown. Will pick this up when the price goes down, it's around $17 right now.

U.D.O.--2 points

For one, it's Udo. Udo can do no wrong. Nice video, he like an old guy that sits on his porch all day, holding a can of Pabst and yelling at the kiddies to GET THE HELL OFF HIS LAWN.

 

AC/DC--2 points

It's an AC/DC video and they're basically all the same, which is a good thing.

 

Ratt--1 point

This song is good, the woman is gooder. I'm really not a Ratt fan but have this album. I figured out what bugs me about Ratt...it's Stephen Pearcy and how he screams certain words in all (?) the songs. Never noticed it before, but now I do and now it really, really bugs me.
