This week we're going alllllll the way back to '97 with "When You See The Sun" from The Jason Bonham band.
Of course there are going to be the mandatory comparisons to Led Zeppelin, someone even going as far to state that the lead singer sounds like Robert Plant, which I find a bit odd since he sounds more like Chris Cornell to me. But what do I know?
What's really cool is that John Bonham is on two tracks ("Can't Go On" & "Out On The Prey"). How did they do that? It's a miracle!
This reminds me of a story...I was at a friends house after school one day when we heard that John Bonham had died. I yelled "Holy sh*t!" quite loudly and was told to leave their house. He was no longer my friend. And looking at his picture in the yearbook, I wonder why I hung out with him at all. He was quite a geeky looking sort.
Honestly, I really have nothing to say about this album except to that's it's really good.

LAOTW from Jason Bonham isn't bad. I wouldn't call it overly memorable, but it's not difficult to listen to. I would say the Zeppelin influence here is huge. The 2nd or 3rd track sounded just like a Zep song at the beginning. And the vocalist does sound somewhat like Plant.
Very decent post my friend. Oh, and did I mention that the Mystery song was from The Hollies?
Jeez...I believe my impeccable knowledge has received more attention than the fake name you used a couple of weeks ago.
Will I ever get a proper "congratulations RJ, you are correct, therefore no more puffy ladies, only Kylie"??????????
