Starbreaker... Inbetween

Never heard of them.  A little background?  or just a new band?  Whats in-between Smash or Trash?  Not sure I like this, but I know I don't dislike it either.  Make sense?

 

Styx... Smash

This was the album that introduced me to Styx, and then my brother gave me Man of Miracles for a christmas one year.  Been meaning to pick the Styx Wooden Nickle package cause its full of cool stuff.  I'm gonna say SMASH...

Starbreaker--

Like the song, the vocalist was a bit shrieky though, reminded me of some of those shrieky 80's bands. The whole song has an 80's vibe to it as well as the current power metal vibe. Kind of on the fence on thisone, much more Smash then Trash so will go with....SMASH. Or STASH is that's acceptable.

 

Styx--SMASH

Good song, like the jazz freak out in the middle (I'm seeing a current trend on this site with jazzy stuff).

I think they are both smashes.  Both songs are very cool to me.
