Classic Rock Bottom

Yes, I'm going to "cheat" again this time: There's not 10 songs, but 12!!! But there's a (good?) reason, because the last 2 songs, are songs from danish bands, that were VERY populare at that time in Scandinavia, and I really only added them to my list, because it was very important music for me in 1975. The rest of the songs on the list, are of course songs from 1975, but I did'nt listen to all of them around the time. Some of them, I became aware of a few years later.

Why 1975? Well, in that year, two of the best albums ever released, WAS released: "Physical Grafitti" and "A night at the Opera", and it was around that time, that I became aware of rock-music and how much i loved it. If I had had Sweet's "Fox on the run" on CD, it would have appeared on the list.

1. No more no more - AEROSMITH (Toy's in the attic)
2. Symptom of the universe - BLACK SABBATH (Sabotage)
3. Beggars Day - NAZARETH (Hair of the dog)
4. Listen to what the man said - PAUL McCARTNEY & WINGS (Venus & Mars)
5. Evil Woman - ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA
6. Death on two legs - QUEEN (A night at the opera)
7. Shine on you crazy diamond - PINK FLOYD
8. Down by the seaside - LED ZEPPELIN (Physical Grafitti)
9. I'm not in love - 10cc
10. Ladies in Waiting - KISS (Dressed To Kill)
-----------------------------------------------------
11. Sct. Emitri - Gasolin' (Gasolin' 5)
12. Hva' ka' man få for en ti'er? - SHU-BI-DUA (Shu-Bi-Dua 2)

I would've picked "Rockshow" for PMc and wings song, but seeing its not my list well......................:) Yes "Fox on the run" should've been included. Yet if you scream everyone will come...............Sorry being a bit silly.
A couple of hours, after I had made the list, I realized I had forgot about KISS !!!

I would probably had taking the Elton John-track out, and added "Ladies in Waiting" instead.

Well, it's my IMHO-list, so I'm gonna do it!!
Awesome...nice hidden gem as well.
disagree.. The Elton John track is better IMHO (hahahaha), but go ahead and edit away it is available in SHT #17...

Here's few from 75 that would have made my list...

World Turning - Fleetwood Mac
Fire On High - ELO
Stranglehold - Ted Nugent
Dreamweaver - Gary Wright
Fast Buck Freddie/Miracles - Jefferson Starship
Thats the Way of the World - Earth Wind and Fire
Nights on Broadway - The Bee Gees

Fun list !!!!
Oh well, I guess it has to be another time. I have some trouble with the link, so I'll leave it like it is.
Very good playlist Niels. I always love when somebody other than myself makes a playlist that includes something from Kiss. Especially a deep album cut. I also really liked the Nazareth tune and the ELO tune, but the whole list was fantastic. Out of those last two that aren't in the English language, of course I have no idea what is being said, but I think the last one (track 12) is better than the first one (track 11).
It's very cool, that you like the Shu-Bi-Dua-track, well better than the Gasolin' track, anyway!!
Nice list sir! I have it on my "things to listen to" list. VACATIONS ARE AWESOME!
