JOURNEY - ESCAPE (1981)

On a Friday night in 1981, you are cruisin' down the boulevard.  The radio is on, and this is what you hear.  Don't Stop Believin', or Stone In Love, or Who's Crying Now, or Open Arms.  These songs were all over the airwaves.  You know it's true.  This is one of the all-time great popular music albums to me.  Funny thing is, I didn't have the album, but my cousin did.  We listened to this thing over and over.  I did get the cassette at some point, then the CD.  I just can't say anything other than this is great.  All great songs represented here.  Oh, I will say that Still They Ride is one of my all-time faves.
