ROCKOLLECTIONS: THE SUNDAY PAPERS PT.1

This is another Series I've been thinking about for a long time.
There's nothing better on a Cold Winter Sunday Morning than coffee, breakfast in bed or making love rolling around with the Sunday Papers!
While the New York Times was the model chosen with it's many Sections, the Old Gray Lady is just grayer now, and at it's best when doing Feature Articles.
And some may remember a time when they considered Rock & Roll beneath them!
I'll talk about that.
But I'll mostly play Our Music as I start the exploration of the massive, over 5 pound load of News that is delivered weekly, The Sunday Papers.
This should be fun!

Jon,
I did not know that, to quote Johnny Carson, lol!
It’s an ok one, I have dipped into that album twice in recent weeks.
Yeah the Daily News had best comics- NY Times is too high-falutin’ to have any.
Sunday Post at breakfast, I approve, lol!
My first job was delivering papers to a lady for a quarter, my only customer, lol!
                                       And no heavy Sundays!
Finally got a cold Sunday, I was ruining Winter with damn Series, lol!
Thanks for the listen and writing, and you still get up early,
Mike

News Of The World was also the title of a Queen album!

Why did that John Fogerty album get such bad reviews? I like it very much.

When I was a youngster, I would get the Sunday edition  of the NY Daily News because it had the biggest comic selection. Would read it outside and always liked looking at the movies playing in NYC because they got some really interesting ones, like the cheap B movies. Then, when we lived in Nevada in the early 00's, I would pick up the Sunday edition of the NY Post and read it during breakfast. Don't do it anymore because I'm too lazy to find it around here.

$6 for the NY Times? Damn!!!! I used to deliver the Star Ledger and the SUnday edition was a pain in the ass.

Hey, it was in the 60's here yesterday!

Scott,

Yes, it's 52 here tonight, still need a jacket.

But the goddam weather failed me, lol!

It IS nice on a cold day with the Papers, I'll get it before the Series is over!
